MERED has launches a prime waterfront project on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.

Developer MERED has acquired a prime waterfront project on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for the company as it aims to create a new benchmark for luxury living in the UAE capital. The newly acquired plot spans 11,890 square meters and is situated on Al Reem Island, which has emerged as one of the top spots for premium apartments. Investor confidence in Al Reem Island soared during the first half of 2024, according to Bayut.

This is MERED’s first waterfront project in Abu Dhabi, and it promises a mix of modern architecture and creatively designed residential and commercial areas. Diana Nilipovscaia, CEO of MERED, expressed excitement about delivering to Abu Dhabi the same level of innovation, quality, and sustainable development that their successful ICONIC Tower in Dubai has shown. The purchase is in line with MERED’s mission to rethink real estate by creating classic works of art that improve cityscapes and improve the lives of locals.

The project’s location guarantees easy access to the main transportation hubs and attractions in Abu Dhabi. Reem Central Park is only five minutes away, while Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Road, the main road in the city, is ten minutes away. Saadiyat Marina, the Galleria Mall, and famous sites like the Louvre will all be 15 minutes away for residents. A handy half-hour drive gets you to the international airport.

The waterfront project by MERED promises an attractive combination of modernity, luxury, and prime location. This new venture further enhances Abu Dhabi’s appeal to both residents and investors as the city develops.
