Board Member & CEO
Rachad Fouad has been CEO, Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Capital Avenue Real Estate since February, 2021. Alongside, Rachad holds leadership positions on several other high profile companies, including The Business Inn, Dna Systems, Capital Avenue Developments, and The Capital general maintenance. Rachad Fouad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, and is a certified project manager from Project Management Institute in the USA.
