Modon Launches Wadeem, a Landmark Residential Plot Community on Hudayriyat Island
Modon Properties has announced the launch of Wadeem, its first residential plot development on Hudayriyat Island, offering over 900 premium plots for custom-built villas. The project marks a significant milestone in Abu Dhabi’s coastal real estate expansion and is the first new land release near the city’s Al Bateen area in more than 15 years.
Located along the island’s coastline, Wadeem is designed to accommodate four- to six-bedroom villas, with plot sizes ranging from 608 to 925 square meters.
