Thurwah Youth Real Estate Forum to Launch on July 24 at Al Fahid Island, Abu Dhabi
The Capital Avenue Real Estate, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Youth Council, is set to host the Thurwah Youth Real Estate Forum on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Al Fahid Island, Abu Dhabi. The event, starting at 5:00 PM, brings together young professionals, industry experts, and aspiring entrepreneurs for an evening focused on financial empowerment, real estate innovation, and youth engagement.
The forum will be held in the presence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, highlighting the importance of youth involvement in the UAE’s dynamic property sector.

The agenda includes a welcome reception at 5:00 PM, followed by an opening address and remarks from Mr. Jassim Al Obaidli, Director of Youth Engagement at the Federal Youth Foundation. The “Thurwah” Initiative will then be officially launched at 5:40 PM.
