Ohana Development Commences Delivery of AED 700 Million ‘Ohana by the Sea’ in Al Jurf
Ohana Development has commenced the delivery phase of Ohana by the Sea, its AED 700 million luxury villa community located in Al Jurf, along the Abu Dhabi–Dubai coastline.
The project remains on track for completion in Q1 2026, marking a key milestone in the developer’s growing portfolio of high-end residential communities in Abu Dhabi. Ohana by the Sea comprises 75 exclusive beachfront villas, ranging from four to seven bedrooms, with built-up areas between 340 square metres and 1,000 square metres. Each residence is designed with a strong emphasis on privacy, space, and seamless integration with the surrounding coastal environment.

The commencement of delivery follows a recent site visit by senior representatives from Abu Dhabi’s real estate and urban development authorities, who reviewed construction progress and key delivery timelines. The visit underscored the project’s alignment with Abu Dhabi’s broader urban planning objectives, including sustainable growth and high-quality residential development.
Ohana Development confirmed that construction is progressing in line with schedule, with delivery targeted for the first quarter of 2026.
