Abu Dhabi’s Aldar Properties has unveiled the launch of a new residential community – Sama Yas, located on Yas Island, this community is set to offer luxury park living.
The development will feature 234 homes surrounded by the park. Additionally, Chef Izu, the mind behind globally acclaimed brands including Gaia, Shanghai Me, Scalini and more, will design exclusive dining experiences within the community alongside a fine dining menu for residents at home.
Residents will also benefit from access to a boutique spa, retail spaces, concierge, lounge and others. Sama Yas will provide and array of leisure facilities including a gym, community garden, cycling and jogging track.
Chef Izu has also added a personal touch to all kitchen spaces in the residences with focus on storage, fine finishings and more.
