Development of Hudayriyat Island has been driven by the Abu Dhabi Government through Modon Properties as a large-scale lifestyle and recreation destination, with major phases unveiled from 2020 onwards to establish a wellness- and activity-focused island. The island’s masterplan includes extensive leisure and sports facilities, cycling and running tracks, beaches, hospitality concepts, and future residential components, all designed around active living, sustainability, and open natural landscapes. While primarily a completed leisure destination with ongoing enhancements, it continues to attract residents, visitors, and investors seeking a dynamic, health-oriented environment.
