Abu Dhabi’s branded real estate landscape is set for a major addition following the announcement of a landmark partnership between Ohana Development and Manchester City Football Club.
The collaboration will deliver the first-ever Manchester City branded residential destination in the UAE capital, located along the Yas Canal waterfront. Spanning approximately 1.67 million square metres, the development will introduce a new category of luxury living that integrates global sports branding with high-end residential design. The project, titled Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana, will be designed and developed entirely by Ohana Development.
