Dar Global has indeed launched a $500 million luxury resort in Aida, Oman, in collaboration with the Trump Organization.
This ambitious project, named Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences, is part of the larger Aida development, which is one of the world’s largest premium mixed-use real estate projects.

Situated in Aida, the $500 million Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences comprises an 18-hole Championship golf course, furnished villas and apartments, a members-only club, a luxury hotel, and the Cliff Hanging Night Club. It is the newest property in Trump’s expanding collection of award-winning hotels across the globe.
The 140-key, five-star luxury hotel complex is set to debut in December 2028 and is located right on the beach.
Aida, which was created as a joint venture between the Trump Organization and Omran Group, Oman’s executive arm for tourism development, was constructed on a mountaintop rising more than 100 meters above the ground and encircled by rocky canyons, infinite beaches, and beautiful views.
